Welcome to The Wholemind. I’m Dr. Tiffany Gajadhar, and I am dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate psychiatric care and mental wellness services tailored to your unique life journey.
With over 15 years of dedicated experience in the field of mental health, my approach bridges modern medical psychiatry with holistic wellness. I believe that true healing happens when we look at the whole person—not just a checklist of symptoms.
Before founding The Wholemind, I spent over a decade serving in various key clinical posts throughout the South West Regional Health Authority (SWRHA). A deeply rewarding chapter of my career included serving as the Team Lead at the Child Guidance Clinic for six years, where I had the privilege of guiding families and young minds through complex psychological challenges.
Throughout my career, I have advocated for collaborative, integrative care. I routinely lead multidisciplinary teams of psychiatric house officers, social workers, and psychologists to ensure my patients receive well-rounded support from every angle.
Beyond my direct clinical practice, I am deeply committed to upholding medical excellence and ethics in our community, proudly serving as a Council Member of the Trinidad and Tobago Medical Association (South Branch).
